Waterpoints: Well-stocked refreshment stations every 2- 3 kms along the route. Professionally hosted waterpoints.

Distance boards: At each kilometer

Toilets: At respective starting points, finish venue and at several waterpoints along the route

Bus transport: Free of charge !! To respective Ultra and Half Marathon starting points. Return to Sabie after prize giving ceremony

T-shirts: For all athletes completing the 56km and 21.1km races (Please note: Only pre-entries)

Longtom Kits: Goody bags for all athletes completing the 56km and 21.1km races (Please note: Only pre-entries)

Medals: All athletes finishing within official cut-off times
Gold: First 10 men & 10 women. All category winners of 56km and 21.1km races.
Silver: Next 50 finishers in both races
Bronze: All athletes completing races within official cut-off times.

Towels: First 50 athletes completing the 56km & first 50 athletes completing the 21.1km

Medical services: Emergency services on route and at Finish

Physiotherapists: A team of highly qualified physiotherapists awaits runners at the Finish.

Accommodation: Ample accommodation available in Sabie and Lydenburg (please refer to “Accommodation” page)

Camping facilities: Offered at Finish venue.

Parking: Safe parking at Finish venue.

Tog bag stations: Provided at both starting points. Pick-up station at Finish venue

Food: Food stalls available at Finish Venue.

Drinks: Cold drinks and refreshments at Finish Venue.
